Maria Scarola listed and sold my house in Belleville, NJ. I had already moved to Florida prior to listing the house and was nervous about the long distance aspect of the entire situation. Her services were exemplary. Maria facilitated all the work that was required to get the Certificate of Occupancy. This was no trivial matter. To obtain the certification, the house needed a plumbing and electrical inspection as well as various other repairs. To further complicate things, the inspections resulted in more repairs with required reinspections. Maria got quotes to do the work, reviewed them with me, and ensured the house was open when workers and inspectors arrived to perform their services. She drew upon her community knowledge to find the right contractors at more reasonable prices. She went way beyond any rational expectations one would have for a Realtor.
